These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FoodieFix website, mobile services, meal subscriptions, and any other features operated by FoodieFix. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access or use our platform.

We provide freshly prepared, gut-friendly meals, probiotic sippers, desserts, and healthy snacks delivered to your doorstep on a subscription basis or via direct orders.

• All orders must be prepaid through approved third-party payment gateways (UPI, credit/debit card, wallets).
   
• Subscription plans auto-renew only if you opt-in. You may cancel at least 24 hours before your next cycle.
   
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any plan, pricing, or menu items at any time with prior notice.
   

• You may pause or reschedule meal deliveries by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• Refunds are not issued for delivered items unless there is a proven product quality issue.
   
• In case of missed delivery due to our fault, a credit or replacement will be provided.
   

• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or user negligence.
   
• We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous access to our website, WhatsApp, or delivery during emergencies or server downtimes.
   
• Any nutritional advice provided is general and not a substitute for professional medical advice.
   

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content
   
• Spam our WhatsApp, support, or social channels
   
• Resell, clone, or misrepresent FoodieFix branding or content
   
• Abuse referral, reward, or offer systems
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account violating these terms without notice.

• All content, recipes, photographs, brand assets, logos, and meal formats are the intellectual property of FoodieFix2024 Pvt. Ltd.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or adapt any content without written permission.
   
• Sharing meal photos on social media is welcomed with proper credit to @foodiefix.in
   

• By signing up, you agree to receive WhatsApp updates, order confirmations, and promotional messages.
   
• You may opt out anytime by messaging “STOP” on WhatsApp or emailing us.
   

We reserve the right to:

• Limit, suspend, or deactivate any account that violates these Terms
   
• Block malicious activity including fraud, abusive behavior, or spam
   

• All pricing is inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
   
• Tax invoices are available on request for individual and corporate clients.
   

• We use eco-friendly, biodegradable, or reusable packaging.
   
• For bulk or recurring orders, we may arrange for reusable glass bottle returns or kit pickups.
   

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, unless otherwise mutually agreed.
